looking to fit into my lbd?
i’d like to lose a couple pounds with a quick fix diet for new years eve, (giving me little under a week) as i have a great lbd. I’m pretty well versed in healthy weight loss and know that something like this is temporary but all the same wouldn’t mind looking a little more trim for the big night out. any suggestions? (please no “lemon diet” or “eat only grape fruit”, i’m looking for sensible stuff)





You’re clearly not versed in “healthy weight loss” if you are looking to lose a couple of pounds in four days. Will 1-2 lbs make that much of a difference? Peoples’ weight usually fluctuates about that much during the course of a day.
Just a thought.
